• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment processes across various departments and global locations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recent in-house experience in a global
• Proven experience recruiting Go-to-Market talent across international markets
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing recruitment processes independently
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve recruitment processes and efficiency
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
