📋 Description

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Lead international sourcing for education-focused roles across multiple markets.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for priority roles, locations, and candidate communities.
• Develop targeted sourcing using international networks, job boards, and channels.
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools across sourcing, research, outreach, screening, and pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably international/multi-country.
• Experience sourcing and hiring education professionals across regions and markets.
• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment practices: proactive sourcing, pipeline development
• Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools and openness to new tech.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches and timelines.
• Data-oriented, able to track metrics like pipeline quality and time-to-fill.
