📋 Description

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle across multiple countries and functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably international.
• Experience sourcing and hiring education professionals across regions.
• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment practices and data-driven hiring.
• Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools and willingness to explore new tech.
• Excellent organizational and data-driven mindset; strong communication across cultures/time zones.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
