🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably international.
• Experience sourcing education professionals across regions and understanding market dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment practices and data-driven hiring.
• Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools and openness to new tech.
• Excellent organization, ability to manage multiple searches, and timely hiring timelines.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
