🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years full-cycle recruitment, international or multi-country hiring
• Experience sourcing education professionals across regions
• Strong knowledge of proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and data-driven hiring
• Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple searches and timelines
• Data-oriented with ability to track metrics; excellent cross-cultural communication
