• Proficient in modern recruitment practices: proactive sourcing, pipeline development, engagement
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools and openness to new tech.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple searches and timelines.
• Data-driven mindset; track metrics like pipeline quality, time-to-fill, outcomes.
