Global Tax and Treasury Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Own Neo4j's global tax compliance calendar, including U.S. federal, state, and local income and
• Manage global tax advisors and coordinate the preparation and review of income tax returns
• Lead the income tax provision process under ASC 740, including deferred taxes, valuation
• Own transfer pricing policies, intercompany agreements, and contemporaneous documentation for
• Manage indirect tax compliance and strategy for Neo4j's software subscriptions, cloud offerings
• Evaluate the tax implications of new products and commercial models, international expansion, legal

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive tax experience, with meaningful exposure to treasury operations; Big 4 or
• Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate and multi-state taxation, ASC 740, and core international tax
• Experience with indirect tax issues affecting enterprise software, SaaS, cloud services
• Treasury experience covering global banking, debt administration, intercompany funding, and foreign
• CPA or advanced degree in taxation preferred; CTP or relevant treasury experience is a plus
• Experience working across multiple international legal entities within a global, high-growth
