📋 Description

• Own a global transportation expansion roadmap aligned with office openings, headcount growth, and
• Manage the global employee transportation portfolio across shuttles, parking, micromobility
• Build a scalable operating model across regions, including repeatable launch playbooks, clear
• Manage transportation vendors from sourcing and onboarding through service reviews, renewals
• Own program budgets, forecasts, invoice review, and business cases; use utilization and cost data
• Partner with Workplace Operations, Real Estate, Facilities, Corporate Security, People/Benefits

🎯 Requirements

• Have directly built and scaled employee transportation programs across multiple countries during
• Bring hands-on experience across multiple transportation modes, including shuttles, parking
• Can turn ambiguous expansion needs into practical plans, budgets, operating standards, and clear
• Have managed complex vendor relationships and commercial performance, including service levels
• Use data to evaluate demand, service quality, utilization, and cost, and can explain tradeoffs
• Build effective partnerships across functions, regions, and external providers, and can drive
