📋 Description

• Within 1 month you will: Understand our culture, marketing strategy, positioning, organization
• Within 3 months you will: Build a 18 months roadmap for the marketing team. Validate our messaging
• Within 12 months you will: Lead strategic projects for the company. Own the repositioning decision

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Experience in HR Tech, Future of Work, collaboration, productivity or knowledge/AI platforms would
• Master of at least 3 of the following functions: product marketing, demand generation, content
• Outstanding communication skills. We are expecting our VP Marketing to be vocal in the market
• Servant leadership style to lead a team of 20+
• Experience in rebranding / renaming is a plus
