📋 Description

• Build and own the Localization automation framework with Python and APIs.
• Drive AI/LLM integration for localization workflows.
• Provide technical oversight for high-impact architectural issues.
• Advise on i18n and localization best practices across teams.
• Manage and optimize Translation Management Systems (XTM/Smartling).
• Develop self-service tools to detect UI truncation and hard-coding.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years in software or globalization engineering.
• Expert-level Python and API-driven automation.
• Experience with enterprise CMS/MSM (e.g., Adobe AEM).
• Proven AI/localization workflows experience (MT, QA, prompts).
• Deep knowledge of TMS architectures and file formats (JSON, XML, XLIFF, properties).
• Code-level i18n reviews and guidance on best practices.
