Go-To-Market AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Co-owns revenue team's AI roadmap; measure by pipeline and retention.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows, automation agents, and outbound systems.
• Configure MCP infrastructure and AI agent tooling across GTM, with adoption.
• Integrate Flex GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Clay, Snowflake, Outreach) data flows.
• Enforce data governance standards across revenue systems.
• Build and maintain a library of AI skills and prompts for revenue teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Systems in SaaS/FinTech.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered workflows in live B2B revenue.
• Deep knowledge of revenue tech stack: Salesforce, Clay, Snowflake, Outreach.
• Proficiency with Claude Code and/or Codex for automation and prompts.
• Hands-on experience configuring MCP and integrating AI agent frameworks.
• Strong API, integration, and architecture skills for scalable data flows.
• Data governance expertise for clean, AI-ready revenue data.
• Strong cross-functional communication to explain tech to non-tech stakeholders.
