📋 Description

• Own the Claude-based plugin (59+ skills, Python core, shared vault) end to end — harden it and ship
• Own the surrounding processes and drive adoption — a trustworthy knowledge base, recurring pain
• Own the GTM analytics dashboard (Next.js over a deterministic Python fact store) turning
• Own the sironamedical.com codebase (Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind v4 on Vercel) — product and
• Implement Figma designs to production and build the animations, diagrams, and visuals marketing
• Project-manage every RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire end to end — parse it, answer via the AI

🎯 Requirements

• A CS or adjacent degree (or equivalent demonstrated ability); post-school engineering experience
• You ship production code - TypeScript/React and Python, or can get there fast
• You use AI coding and agent tools daily, and want a whole organization working that way
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• You write clearly and stay organized. Docs, RFP answers, and process are core, and you can run a
