📋 Description

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure: sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring, and sequencing.
  • Own GTM stack: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment (Clay/Apollo/Clearbit), sequencing (Outreach/Instantly).
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, outreach generation, and follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel: track what's working, trim what's not, optimize meetings and pipeline.
  • Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make to keep data clean and synced.
  • Evaluate AI and GTM tooling; be the team's expert on what's emerging.

🎯 Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a technical lean.
  • Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment pipelines, sequences, lead scoring.
  • Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Zapier.
  • You think in funnels; track pipeline influence, reply rates, meetings, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ships fast, keeps things simple, and don’t wait for permission.
  • Nice to have: GTM for AI/voice or developer-tools products.
