📋 Description

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infra: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing.
  • Own the GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, glue between tools.
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach.
  • Instrument top-of-funnel: track what works, optimize meetings and pipeline.
  • Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier/Make to keep data in sync.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling; be the resident expert.

🎯 Requirements

  • Solid GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean.
  • Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring.
  • Deep hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly.
  • Think in funnels; measure pipeline-influenced metrics, replies, meetings, costs.
  • Ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission.
  • Nice to have: AI/voice/dev-tools GTM; CX/telephony personas; B2C/B2B/API sales.
