Go-to-Market Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infra: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and sequencing
• Own the GTM tech stack: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment, sequencing
• Deploy AI agents for prospect research, outreach, and follow-up workflows
• Instrument the top-of-funnel: track metrics and optimize meetings/pipeline
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make
• Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling rapidly

🎯 Requirements

• Solid GTM, growth eng, or RevOps experience with a technical lean
• Built outbound systems from scratch — enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring
• Deep hands-on with GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make
• You think in funnels and measure everything — pipeline influenced, metrics tracked
• You ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission
• Nice-to-have: GTM systems for AI/voice or developer-tools products
