  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure: lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring.
  • Own GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, integrations.

  • Instrument the top-of-funnel: track what's working and optimize meetings/pipeline.

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a technical lean.
  • Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment, multi-step sequences, lead scoring.
  • Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Zapier.
  • Think in funnels; measure pipeline influence, replies, conversions.
  • Ship fast, keep it simple, don't wait for permission.
  • Experience GTM systems for AI, voice, or developer-tools products.
  • Familiar with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion.
