  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing at scale
  • Own the GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the glue between them
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, personalized outreach, and follow-up workflows
  • Instrument top-of-funnel: track what's working, cut what's not, optimize meetings and pipeline
  • Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make to keep data in sync
  • Evaluate new AI and GTM tooling; be the team's expert on what to build

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
  • You have built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring
  • Deep hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Zapier/Make
  • Think in funnels; track pipeline influence, reply rates, meetings, cost per opportunity
  • Ship fast, keep simple, and don't wait for permission
  • Experience building GTM for AI/voice or dev-tools products
