📋 Description

• Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure and enrichment pipelines.
• Own the GTM tech stack: CRM, enrichment, and sequencing.
• Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach.
• Instrument top-of-funnel metrics and optimize for meetings and pipeline.
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier/Make.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling rapidly.

🎯 Requirements

• GTM engineering or RevOps with strong technical focus.
• Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment pipelines, sequences.
• Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier.
• Measurable funnel focus: pipeline influenced, replies, meetings, cost per opportunity.
• Ship fast, keep it simple, don't wait.
