📋 Description

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, glue between tools.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, outreach, and follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument top-of-funnel: track what works, cut what's not, optimize meetings.
  • Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make for clean data.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling — be the team's resident expert.

🎯 Requirements

  • Solid GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical lean.
  • Built outbound systems from scratch—enrichment pipelines, sequences, lead scoring.
  • Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach, Zapier, Webhooks, REST APIs.
  • Tracks funnels and metrics: pipeline influence, reply rates, meetings.
  • Ships fast, keeps things simple, and doesn't wait for permission.
  • Experience GTM for AI/voice or developer-tools.
  • Familiar with CX, contact center, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Background at a B2C company with B2B or API sales motion.
