Go-to-Market Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure at scale
• Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing
• Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach
• Instrument top-of-funnel metrics and optimize for meetings
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier/Make
• Evaluate new AI and GTM tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Strong GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with deep tech focus
• Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment, sequences, lead scoring
• Hands-on GTM stack experience: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach
• Funnel mindset; track pipeline influenced and meeting conversion
• Ship fast, keep things simple, and own initiatives
