📋 Description

• Build and maintain SIMBA outbound infrastructure for lead sourcing and enrichment.
• Own the GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and integrations.
• Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach.
• Instrument top-of-funnel metrics to optimize meetings and pipeline.
• Create integrations via APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier and Make.
• Evaluate new AI and GTM tooling to decide what to build.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid GTM engineering or RevOps experience with a technical lean.
• Built outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines and lead scoring.
• Experience with modern GTM stacks: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience with Outreach or Instantly, plus Zapier and webhooks.
• Measures funnel metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, and meetings.
• Ships fast, keeps things simple, and owns outcomes.
