• Build and maintain outbound infrastructure: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing.
• Own GTM tech stack: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment, sequencing.
• Deploy AI agents for prospect research, outreach, and follow-ups.
• Instrument top-of-funnel metrics; optimize for meetings and pipeline.
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make to sync data.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling rapidly; be the team's resident expert.

• Solid GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with strong tech focus.
• Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment, sequences, lead scoring.
• Deep GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Zapier.
• Tracks funnel metrics: pipeline influence, reply rate, meeting rate.
