Go-to-Market Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure (lead sourcing, enrichment, sequencing) at scale.
• Own the GTM stack: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment (Clay/Apollo), sequencing (Outreach/Instantly).
• Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach generation.
• Instrument the full top-of-funnel: track what's working and optimize meetings and pipeline.
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make to keep data in sync.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling rapidly.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid GTM, growth, or RevOps experience with a strong technical lean.
• Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment pipelines and scoring.
• Hands-on with GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach.
• You're metrics-driven: pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversions.
• Ship fast, keep it simple, and don't wait for permission.
• Nice-to-have: GTM for AI or developer-tools products.
