  • Build outbound infrastructure: lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring, sequencing
  • Own GTM tech stack end-to-end: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment, sequencing, glue between systems
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, outreach generation, and follow-ups
  • Instrument top-of-funnel: track what's working, optimize meetings and pipeline

  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling; be the team's resident expert

🎯 Requirements

  • Solid GTM engineering/growth/RevOps experience with a technical lean
  • Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring
  • Deep hands-on GTM stack experience: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
  • You think in funnels and measure everything: pipeline-influenced metrics, reply rates, meetings, cost per opportunity
  • You ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission
  • Nice to Have: GTM systems for AI/voice or developer-tools products
