  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure: lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring, sequencing at scale.
  • Own the GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and integrations.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, outreach generation, and follow-ups.
  • Instrument top-of-funnel: track what's working; optimize meetings and pipeline.
  • Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier/Make for data hygiene and sync.
  • Evaluate AI and GTM tooling; be the team's expert on what's emerging.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Solid GTM/RevOps engineering experience with a strong technical lean.
  • Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment, sequences, lead scoring.
  • Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Experience with Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs.
  • Think in funnels; track pipeline influenced, reply rates, meetings, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ship fast, keep things simple; donโ€™t wait for permission.
