📋 Description

  • Build and maintain SIMBA outbound infrastructure (lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing).
  • Own the GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, and sequencing tools.
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach, and follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument top-of-funnel: track what's working and optimize meetings and pipeline.
  • Build integrations and automations via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier/Make to keep data clean and synced.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling rapidly — be the team’s resident expert.

🎯 Requirements

  • Solid GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps experience.
  • Built outbound systems from scratch—enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring.
  • Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Zapier/Make.
  • Think in funnels; track pipeline influence, reply rates, and meetings.
  • Ship fast, keep things simple, and don’t wait for permission.
  • Experience building GTM systems for AI, voice, or developer-tools products.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Background at a B2C company with B2B or API sales motion.
