Own GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and integrations.
Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach, and follow-ups.
Instrument top-of-funnel metrics and optimize for meetings booked and pipeline created.
Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier/Make to keep data clean.
Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling rapidly; be the team's resident expert.

🎯 Requirements

Solid GTM engineering or RevOps experience with a strong tech focus.
Built outbound systems from scratch — enrichment pipelines and lead scoring.
Hands-on with GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Zapier/Make.
Think in funnels; measure pipeline influence, reply rates, meetings, and cost per opportunity.
Ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission.
