📋 Description

• Build outbound infra: lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and sequencing at scale.
• Own GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, data glue.
• Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach.
• Instrument top-of-funnel: measure what works and optimize for meetings.
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier/Make.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI/GTM tooling; be the team’s resident expert.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid GTM engineering or RevOps with a strong technical lean.
• Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment pipelines and multi-step sequences.
• Hands-on with GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach.
• Thinks in funnels; measures pipeline influence and meetings.
• Ships fast, keeps things simple, and does not wait for permission.
• Nice to Have: Experience building GTM for AI/voice/dev-tools products.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with CX/telephony buyer personas.
• Nice to Have: Background at a B2C company with B2B or API sales motion.
