📋 Description

• Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infra: lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing.
• Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, data glue.
• Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach.
• Instrument top-of-funnel metrics; optimize for meetings and pipeline.
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make to keep data in sync.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI/GTM tooling; be the team's expert on what's emerging.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid GTM engineering or RevOps with strong technical focus.
• Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment, sequences, lead scoring.
• Hands-on with GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Zapier/Make.
• Think in funnels; measure pipeline influence, reply rates, meetings.
• Ship fast, keep it simple, and don’t wait for permission.
• Nice to Have: GTM for AI/voice/dev tools; CX/telephony familiarity.
