📋 Description

• Build and maintain SIMBA outbound infra: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing
• Own GTM stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, glue between tools
• Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach
• Instrument top-of-funnel: optimize meetings and pipeline
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make for data sync
• Evaluate new AI and GTM tooling and decide what to build

🎯 Requirements

• Solid GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with tech focus
• Built outbound systems from scratch — enrichment, sequences, scoring
• GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Zapier/Make
• Think in funnels and measure pipeline-influenced metrics
• Ship fast, keep things simple, don't wait for permission
