• Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure at scale
• Own GTM tech stack: CRM, enrichment, sequencing
• Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach
• Instrument top-of-funnel metrics and optimize meetings and pipeline
• Create integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make to keep data in sync

🎯 Requirements

• Solid GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a tech lean
• Built outbound systems from scratch — enrichment pipelines, scoring, sequencing
• Deep hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly
• Track funnel metrics: pipeline influenced, reply rate, meeting conversion
• Ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission
