📋 Description

• Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure (lead sourcing, enrichment)
• Own the GTM stack: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, glue between tools
• Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach
• Instrument top-of-funnel metrics and optimize for meetings
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make to keep data clean

🎯 Requirements

• Solid GTM/RevOps engineering with strong technical focus
• Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment, sequences, lead scoring
• Hands-on with GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Zapier/Make
• Measures funnel: pipeline influenced, reply rates, meetings, cost per opportunity
• Ships fast, keeps things simple, acts without waiting for permission
