📋 Description

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure at scale
  • Own GTM tech stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach

🎯 Requirements

  • Solid GTM engineering or RevOps with a technical lean
  • Built outbound systems from scratch — enrichment, sequences, scoring
  • Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach
  • Funnels mindset; track pipeline influence, replies, conversions
  • Ship fast, keep things simple, and don’t wait for permission
  • Nice to have: GTM for AI/voice/dev-tools products
  • Nice to have: CX/contact center familiarity
