📋 Description

• Build outbound infrastructure: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing.
• Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, glue.
• Deploy AI agents for prospect research and personalized outreach.
• Instrument top-of-funnel: track results and optimize pipeline.
• Build integrations via APIs and tools like Zapier/Make to keep data in sync.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a technical lean.
• Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment, multi-step sequences, lead scoring.
• Hands-on GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Zapier/Make, REST APIs.
• You think in funnels; measure pipeline influenced, reply rates, meetings, cost per opportunity.
• You ship fast, keep things simple, and don't wait for permission.
