📋 Description

• Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infra: sourcing, enrichment, scoring
• Own GTM tech stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing
• Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and outreach
• Instrument top-of-funnel: measure, cut what doesn't work, optimize meetings
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make for data sync
• Evaluate new AI and GTM tooling; be the team's resident expert

🎯 Requirements

• Solid GTM/RevOps engineering experience with a technical focus
• Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment, sequences, scoring
• Deep GTM stack know-how: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly
• Thinks in funnels; tracks pipeline influence, replies, meetings, cost per opportunity
• Ships fast, keeps things simple, and doesn't wait for permission
