Go-to-Market Manager

📋 Description

• Develop customers through the platform, working with the commercial organisation to increase usage
• Act as link between business and product/tech, capturing and prioritising needs into business cases
• Lead launch and implementation of new features for the Swedish market
• Drive initiatives from idea to results, project-managing with Account Management and Sales
• Work in a data-driven way, analysing results and user data, defining KPIs
• Communicate recommendations and create alignment with clear decision-making materials

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, Strategy & Operations
• Experience leading strategic, commercial or operational projects from idea to implementation
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and data-driven working style
• Experience working cross-functionally with commercial teams and product/development organisations
• Ability to prepare and present clear decision-making materials
• Experience from a fast-growing or fast-moving organisation
