📋 Description

• Own end-to-end interview coordination across calendars and teams.
• Champion a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to close.
• Communicate clearly with candidates, interviewers, and partners across People/HR and Finance.
• Partner with recruiters to solve scheduling challenges and maintain momentum.
• Maintain attention to detail across scheduling systems and tools.
• Track scheduling SLAs and timelines; surface trends and risks.

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
