  • Own and administer HubSpot across sales and marketing functions
  • Onboard and train new sales team members within HubSpot
  • Build and optimize workflows, automations, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and reporting
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene, accuracy, and operational integrity
  • Build and launch landing pages for campaigns, outbound initiatives, trade shows, partnerships, and new business verticals
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing contractors to rapidly test and iterate on landing pages, messaging, CTAs, and lead flows

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working in HubSpot, RevOps, GTM Systems, CRM Administration, or Marketing Operations
  • Deep hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, automations, landing pages, reporting, forms, and integrations
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, lead generation, attribution, and funnel conversion
  • Experience supporting sales and marketing teams in fast-moving environments
  • Strong operational instincts and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building processes from scratch
