📋 Description

• Design and develop backend systems using Go for high-performance microservices.
• Analyze bottlenecks, tune performance, and upgrade architecture.
• Develop and maintain common components, middleware, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with Frontend, QA, and Product to ensure quality; draft docs.
• Monitor performance and resolve production incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/SE/related fields.
• Networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS) and OS principles.
• Strong data structures and algorithms; write clean, high-quality code.
• Golang and its concurrency models (Goroutines, Channels, Context).
• SQL and databases: MySQL, Redis.
• Strong logical thinking and ownership; curious about technology.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese for global collaboration.
• Available for 6+ months, 5 days/week.
