Golang Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build high-performance services: scalable APIs (gRPC/REST) for core insurance.
• Own end-to-end delivery: drive microservices from requirements to deployment and ops.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and teams to translate features into robust solutions.
• Champion engineering excellence: code reviews, automated testing, observability, and CI/CD.
• Ensure compliance and security: follow security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize for production: monitor reliability, performance, and cost.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend with 3+ years in Golang in production.
• Designing and evolving gRPC and REST-based APIs at scale.
• Distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native patterns.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps workflows.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Excellent English communication and agile work environment.
