📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop the PPC team, creating clarity around priorities, ownership, and
• Shape and evolve our PPC strategy across Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant
• Proactively identify growth opportunities through campaign performance, market insights
• Turn complex performance data into decisions, challenging assumptions and translating insights into
• Partner with Product Marketing Managers, Country Managers, and other Marketing teams to align paid
• Raise the bar for PPC execution by improving how we test, learn, share insights, and scale

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, including at least 2 years leading
• Deep hands-on understanding of PPC, particularly Google Ads, as well as YouTube Ads, Microsoft Ads
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex performance data into clear
• Proven ability to lead and develop people, set high standards, and create accountability without
• A growth and experimentation mindset - you're comfortable challenging existing approaches, testing
• Skilled in using AI and automation tools to optimize marketing performance and productivity.
