📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Google media buyers, including recruitment, onboarding, performance
• Take responsibility for traffic volumes, traffic quality, and overall performance of Google
• Build, manage, and align team budget plans in line with business objectives
• Create strategic roadmaps and tactical plans for the media buying team
• Develop marketing hypotheses, coordinate experiments, and monitor the implementation and results of
• Build, optimize, and oversee marketing and conversion funnels

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, particularly PPC, UAC, or Demand Gen
• Previous management experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or in a comparable leadership position
• At least 2 years of professional experience within the iGaming industry
• Practical experience with anti-detect software, trackers, and cloaking technologies
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and advertising restrictions applicable to the
