📋 Description

  • Lead the review of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), contract terms, compliance matrices, assumptions
  • Organize and facilitate risk reviews and Deal Desk sessions across multiple approval levels
  • Partner with Sales and Tendering teams to develop appropriate commercial terms, conditions
  • Own risk governance processes and tools throughout the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) phase, ensuring
  • Apply LEAN principles, win-loss analysis, and proposal post-mortems to identify corrective actions
  • Lead complex contract negotiations and align customer requirements with business objectives

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a high school diploma/equivalent combined with at least 10 years
  • At least 10 years of experience in government and commercial contract formation and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial terms and conditions, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), Federal
  • Familiarity with FAR Part 12 and Part 15, as well as the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation
  • Experience working with multiple contract structures, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost
  • Demonstrated experience with contract change management and the ability to assess and mitigate
