Government Program Development Manager (International)

📋 Description

• Identify new international SATCOM opportunities and expand partner programs.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline and forecast for short and long term.
• Deliver data-driven insights on international markets, subsidies, and policy.
• Communicate Starshield capabilities to international governments.
• Support complex proposals including pricing and win themes.
• Coordinate with legal, contracts, engineering, and finance; refine engagement roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years in business development or account management within the Intelligence Community or federal national security space
• Master's degree in a technical discipline or MBA
• 2+ years experience in telecommunications or defense industry
• Strong organizational skills; familiarity with international procurement processes and contract vehicles
• Working knowledge of international telecommunications, especially SATCOM, markets
