Role: drive Government advertising for Paytm Ads; hunting role with travel.
Focus on acquiring new business across State Governments, DIPRs, Ministries, PSUs.
Requires strong on-ground presence and frequent travel to close deals.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting to closure.
Travel extensively for client meetings, pitches, and closures.
Work with internal teams (Product, Operations, Finance) for campaign execution.

🎯 Requirements

8–15 years of experience in government/ad/media sales.
Strong network within State Governments, DIPRs, PSUs, or Ministries.
Proven track record in hunting and closing high-value deals.
Frequent travel and on-ground execution.
Understanding of DAVP/CBC empanelment and government buying processes is a plus.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
