📋 Description

Drive new govt ad business for Paytm Ads (hunting role)
Target State Governments, DIPRs, Ministries, PSUs, and departments
Develop 1P branding and Soundbox advertising opportunities
Travel extensively across states for meetings, pitches, closures
End-to-end sales cycle: prospecting to closure and collections
Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Finance for campaign execution

🎯 Requirements

8–15 years of experience in government/ad/media sales
Strong network within State Governments, DIPRs, PSUs, or Ministries
Proven track record in hunting and closing high-value deals
Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground execution
Understanding of DAVP/CBC empanelment and government buying processes is a plus
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
