Implement and maintain scale testing/validation for CoreWeave's global infra.
Develop and improve performance tests and automation to expand hardware validation across the fleet.
Troubleshoot and maintain Kubernetes custom controllers and operators for testing infrastructure.
Adapt open source tooling to improve visibility into metrics, performance, and health.
Participate in on-call rotation.
Collaborate with fleet, product, and hardware teams to evolve GPU performance testing platform.

🎯 Requirements

2–5 years of software engineering experience.
Competency in Go and/or Python software development.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes at production scale.
