Graduate Credit Analyst

📋 Description

• Complete three eight-month rotations over two years across Credit Strategy, Machine Learning
• Help answer key lending questions such as who to lend to and how much to lend
• Develop and improve machine learning models that power lending decisions
• Build and maintain models to understand future credit losses and manage capital
• Provide independent review and challenge of lending strategies and models

🎯 Requirements

• Graduated in 2026 or graduating in 2027
• At least a 2:1 in a STEM, Economics or highly analytical degree
• Enjoy solving complex problems using data
• Curious, collaborative and excited to learn new technologies
• Full right to work in the UK
• Able to work in the London office three days per week on a hybrid basis
