Graduate Development Program

📋 Description

• Participate in a 12-month engineering program focused on glass manufacturing processes and
• Work and study in O-I plants alongside managers and master glassmakers
• Engage in on-the-job activities and networking opportunities
• Attend international rotations at selected O-I plants in Europe
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the glass industry and processes
• Integrate into the plant in Nove Sedlo upon program completion

🎯 Requirements

• Master Degree in electronic, mechatronic, automation, or electrical engineering
• Passion for manufacturing processes and willingness to work in factory environments
• Fluent in English and Czech (mandatory)
• Availability for travel for training rotations
• Smart, passionate, innovative, culturally open, curious, and collaborative
