🎯 Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in quantitative fields (math/CS/physics/engineering)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; quick learner
• Programming experience, ideally in Python; C++ a plus
• Genuine interest in financial markets, trading, crypto, or DeFi
• Comfortable with data and applying quantitative methods
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to own initiatives
